Carved wood cork

Anyone know how old this would be....... Little lever moves arm up and down

I googled 'animated wine stoppers'. seems that most of these were probably from around the 1950's from Germany and Italy. My Grandmother used to have a similar wooden item where the lever made a couple turn and kiss. I remember her having it back in the mid 1960's and it seemed somewhat old then.
