Same cellar hole in the woods I found my 1855 LC gave up a couple more sweet finds!
Found an 1825 LC hiding in the iron with the small coil and a semi key date 1869 Indian. Every time I think there is no more to be found the V3i keeps reminding me I'm wrong :)

man that IH is beautiful!, look at that deep green patina!, don't get much better looking than that! Nice Save on the early LC as well, Killer hunt!

man if I found a coin that old I would pass out

Nice digs . Thanks for sharing the hunt and the pictures . That is one sweet IH

outstanding digs!!!

Those are two awesome looking coins. The dirt was kind to them and the Indian Head color is great. Great hunt!

My V3i reminds me the same thing, and I've learned to pay attention to what it tells me in the iron. Its rewarded me for it many times. Sweet machine.

It's a beautiful thing !

Congrats on the continued scores

I agree that the green patina on that IH is sweet. Pretty good date there as well. I've seen a lot of Coronet LCs posted and maybe its just my imagination but the 1825 isn't a date I see dug too often. I don't think its any more or less rare... just don't see it as often for some reason. Nice digs from what sounds like a sweet spot. Congrats!

Great finds and in good shape.

Nice recoveries, those are great looking pennies!

Nice digs. Now go there with your AT PRO, and see what else you can find.

Outstanding! You did great. Those Indians from the late 60's and early 70's are scarce and you found a nice one as well as a nice LC. Way to go!

I thought about doing that. It would be an interesting comparison for sure. I usually only use the AT Pro in the water, wet snow and rain.

Very nice copper coins. Awesome condition too. GL&HH!
