Charter member upgrade

I updated my membership to charter member on Friday and used paypal as instructed.
when will it take effect?

It is normally a very quick process. I renewed my membership last Saturday and found out their is a glitch in the system. PM one of the moderators and they will forward your info to an Admin. They had to upgrade me manually. Took them a couple days given i upgraded on a weekend but its done now.

Ive had the same issue and sent two emails thru the contact us pathway and have never gotten a reply. Its been twenty some days and the issue is unresolved.
