Chattering

Anyone know what would cause my Tesoro Cibola to chatter and make noise for no reason new battery and got a new coil still doin it There out of buisness so I can’t send it in now

Check for sand, etc. in between your coil & coil cover.

I’m thinking it almost has to be inside the box itself somwere since I changed new coil

What kind of batteries are you using? Not speaking from any Tesoro experience, but some other machines get a bit wonky on lithiums or rechargeables. The only other easy thing I could think of would be a dirty pot that may be able to be blown out with an air can or electronics cleaner. Beyond that, it would be over my head. I hope it’s simple!

My Bandito will chatter horribly from electrical interference..get around a transmission line above or below ground will set it off ..worse yet..25yrds away mine still chats around a electric fence...good luck
