Headed to the beach early this morning..I think out of the 600+ posts I’ve made here…this is only the third one of coins that I dug… my total for 4 hours was 4 quarters, 2 memorials and assorted junk..plus a seashell I eyeballed…Not much, but it was nice and peaceful..had pretty much the whole place to myself. I’m sure not what some here would call a "professional". In my 10 months here, I’ve posted lots of pictures, commented on finds, offered advice(lol) and opinions on various topics. I’ve even tried(unsuccessfully) to help identify objects found by others. I’ve dug a lot more bottles then I’ve dug coins. I love MDing, but for various reasons, I just don’t spend a whole lot of time doing it. In spite of my lack of finds, you here have made me feel welcome and a part of this slightly dysfunctional family…Thanks and happy holidays

Looks like a beautiful place to hunt, a lot of ground to explore. The pics are great. Glad you were able to get out and swing away.
