Hey all.

Went to the old house I have been detecting at there recently, got some more goodies!!!

About five digs into it I found my 2nd three ringer of the year. Also as I was leaving I found my first Minnie ball in excellent condition! Found my 1st silver of the year. A 1943 War nickel. The lock has me puzzled though. The only thing that you can read is the slide on the lock. It says CS and a Small o Any ideas as to what it was used for? Found a hook piece as well. Thanks for looking! HAPPY HUNTING!

Nice finds. Your lock is a railroad lock. Southern and Ohio I think(Correct me if Im wrong someone). I dug one 2 days ago in Va so that would make sense. Nice finds again

Cool I was thinking it may be a R.R Lock. I was hoping Confederate states but I wasn't expecting that to be realisitic. Thanks!

Stay with that "Old Kentucky Home" O.K.G. as it's producing some nice finds. HH, Quindy.
