They look like bullets that were fired at a thick,hard steel plate. Some of the lead splatters away and only the base of the bullet is left. No,they don't ricochet if they are fired square to the plate.I've shot steel plates a lot over the years and it's safe if you fire from at least 25 yards away and wear shooting glasses.

Not bullets...lead fuse caps ??? My guess!

One of the objects absolutely looks like a cast bullet. The other two would have to have hit a steel plate just perfect to be bullets, but I suppose they could be. I am curious though, what are lead fuse caps? Fuses for artillery shells or what? I have never seen them, so you could be right.

I was Just watching "If Walls Could Talk"

A man was Detecting his Yard, & found several Round Flattend Bullets.
among Drops, Harmonica Reeds, a Powder Horn, Etc.
he didn't know wat they were so he Contacted a Expert.

the civil War Expert said Round Flattened Bullets were
Flattend on Purpose & used as Poker Chips, to pass the time.

yep, we have a few that were used as game pieces....sometimes they would even make buttons out of them....
