Civil War Spur at campsite

Dug my first CW spur at a new permission in Central VA. Looks to be an old campsite as I dug quite a few dropped bullets and there is a natural spring at bottom of ravine. Anyone know if this is Confederate or Union spur? It has a gutter pattern

Nice spur, I would pound all that land around the spring, especially flats on the south side, to death.

Definitely plan on it. Should I venture down to spring and hunt around there as well? Land has a flat field up top then pretty severe downhill to spring and creek. Thx

Yes, hunt around the spring and ANY flat ground near it. You may run into an old house site also.
