clad, silver, wheats, and something you won't believe! I GOT IT!!!!

I spent pretty much all saturday and sunday detecting up at my camp. I went to a house down the street from the 20's. In that yard i found 5 silver and 9 wheaties. I also found a bunch of clad. The silver are 1952D quarter, 1948, 1964, and 1951 rosies, and a 1923 S merc.

Here's the part that i am very embarassed about. I know it sounds like something a 2 year old would do, but here it goes.

I was laying down on the couch watching tv, and i decided to look closer at some of the stuff i found. I was examining the '51 rosie and i held it up higher so it would catch some of the sunlight. I somehow dropped it right into my mouth and it slid down my throat. Yup, I SWALLOWED a silver dime. I really want it back, but at the same time i am not willing to look for it tomorrow. It was a good find but i think i will be able to live without it. laugh all you want, i know how rediculous this is.

And just imagine...you might not be the first one to swallow this particular coin...it just might have already gone through this process multiple times ::)

I think it will pass. When I was a kid I swallowed a nickle and a quater a dime and a penny never had any problem except making my grandmother mad! Never checked to see if they went thru or not

BUT...... I never had a hankerin' for eating coins when I was a young whippersnapper, mom said I ate bugs, worms, mudpies, grass ( Kentucky Blue ), and other things, oh yeah and lots of peanut butter. But never any coins
