Beware of sellers on ebay.Most sell you the rights to land that you yourself can go and get.Do your home work.The land on gov. land like in MN. and Az can be gotting (if not claim) for a very small filing fee around 30 bucks and 110 a year thru BLM.There are thousands and thousands of unclaim land.These guy's on ebay advertise land that they don't even have filed yet,they use the same few pic's for every ad on ebay.When you buy the rights,they go out and steak a quick claim in your name.They don't even test for gold,just my two cent's.
