Coat of arms in the woods

I went yesterday and found these items.
I've found this coat of arms. This heraldic mount could have been attached to a saddle.
If anyone can help with country of origin, year, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Nice finds. I'd like to see the watch cleaned up- electrolosis maybe? Didn't they use jewels in the movements? Tiny ones but jewels just the same.
