Joe,
Nice recovery. I've never seen one of those Coke carriers posted here on TN.
I think yours carried old Coke, not new Coke. ;D
Congrats on a very cool find,
Doug

:hello2: Outrageously awesome finds :hello2:

To me that Coke carrier is priceless! The pride, quality made in these products always blows me away :icon_thumleft: Check out how long that item has been around & stood the test of time compared to many things made now-a-days!

The brown glass bottle . . . could that be a "clipper" on the front? Old Hiram Walker? :dontknow:

Whittemore . . . . medicine bottle? :dontknow:

You have an outstanding spot there! And I am so glad that you are sharing your finds with everyone!

:D

I believe the Whittmore bottle is an old polish bottle.Possibly from 1890. Jimbob

It has a screw cap. I found one similar that had white stuff in it and a rusty cap on it. I did not bring it home. Looked like white out in it.

Wow that's awesome! You actually dug that? How cool and in great shape too! Nice! :icon_thumright:

TG

I did dig it, I thought it was scrap. Notice the orange color of the dirt on it (Clay)

It says on the inside, if my eyes are working correctly, that it is the Property of the Coca Cola Company, and I think they have been looking for it for a long time now.

Maybe you should return it, they may need it.
Actually not a bad idea. I sold back a clock that my Granpop got from the Philadelphia Inquirer, back in 1916, for selling the most newspapers.
It was a real nice chiming clock that only cost me $30 to get back in working cond.
They paid dearly for it, Coke may too, worth a shot.
Or sell it to the guy that offered $200. Let him make payments!! :laughing7:
