How this Germany Coin minted in 1870, could be moved from Prussia to Chihuahua, Mexico? any logical idea?

Saxon Groschen. Never found one here.... It's 222 Silver content. You can clean it a bit and get it silver shining again. At least for a while.

It was a surprise to me, at the beginning, When I find it, Ivwas thinking that could be a token, after cleaning a little bit it, I know it is a coin.
