First couple of pics are my 2010 finds from an early site here in Kentucky including 2 half reales (1747, 1781) and a couple pieces of eight. I finally was able to get back to the site this past weekend for a few hours. I used a smaller coil to pick through the iron and was able to pull out a 1778 2 reale. I need to break out the sifter on this site. The belt axe has a makers mark of "S" on the side. Any info on it would be appreciated. Thanks for looking. :)

You need to find the Colonial parcels near this one, because they, too, are going to be bonanzas! ;D What a site in Western KY!
