I would think the Farmer would want the Beef.
Even if they can't get "Fit for human consumption" release
because of them being slowly frozen with their innards,
I would think they could be sold for dog meat,
Or Given to me

Cows are DUMB ! PERIOD ! Leather bags of unprocessed meat that can be counted on to choose the stupidest option every time .
Chainsaw is a fine option . Have plenty of fresh chains and don't put any oil in the bar oil tank . Break 'em down and start loadin 'em on the pack horses . Look out for bears on the way out

Logical but not possible. This area is a "Wilderness" where NO motorized vehicles can encroach. Yeah even to remove dead animals. There are no exceptions to this Federal law. Can't even land a 'copter there. The only way in is on foot. Only way out is on foot. If the animals thaw, rot and emit bodily fluids into the water table that might be bad. So there is our Federal Govt at work.

Same reason for thousands of dead trees can't be reclaimed for other uses. No roads allowed in Wilderness areas. Ever. No matter what. Period. Of course those rules don't apply to the Feds accessing your private property. Different deal.

Last count was 20+ dead cows in the building. You can ski into the area and drag one out maybe?

There you go. What do you think. A chainsaw? And first you have to get one out of the shed. Myself I think burning the whole lot is easiest and best. Whether Colorado can manage a controlled-cow-burn is another matter. So far their success with fire is not good.

Or tear the shed down and let the coyotes, eagles, mountain lions etc take care of it as nature intended.
