Got out a few more times to the construction site that we have been pounding and dug some amazing stuff. Bottles, old coins including 2 shield nickels, a flying eagle penny, 2 indian head pennies, a barber half dollar civil war bullets, a large brass door with columns and a possible find of a lifetime- a small gold ring that could very well be from a Civil War Confederate solder? Great hunt. I use to collect bottles years ago and always searched for the Bitters - great find!
I have found 100s of gold rings over the past years but never did find a Bitters!
