🥇 BANNER Cool CSA plate!

[jaymanj]

Found this Friday... was looking in the field and this was found in the last place I checked before I left. I am so excited. This is the best thing I could ever find.

Looks like a masonic symbol in the lower left of the plate on the back, unless it is coincidence.

Merry Christmas jayman....had to be a wonderful feeling to see that roll out, congrats on a great find

Well, you were certainly on Santa's Good list this Christmas. Congrats on such a bucket-list (and often Banner) find.

It's amazing how that style of CSA plate holds up so well! I wonder if yours is a Virginia style or an Army of Tennessee like mine? I know it had to take your breath away when you found it. I voted banner for you, congrats on a super rare find.

That is Awesome!! How deep down was it? I vote Banner as well!

Great looking plate and in fantastic condition. That sure does look like a symbol scratched on the inner side, and Yes it does belong up top for sure.

Given that it's complete including the lugs is a plus.

A CSA plate could have a bunch of holes drilled into it and would still be a great find.

[Vino]

Thats Huge!!
Congrats on a real tuff one to find.
My vote is in..

Great find congrats

This was about 7 inches, beneath a root (of course). I was really careful digging it out and had to cut another root that ran near it. Maybe that protected what was beneath.
