OK....... let me be clear.
This is NOT a controlled test.
This is the newest "member" to our lineup for 2014.
This is the first real sample after all the flow models etc have been done.
Step ONE is to simply run and get a FEEL for flow rates, velocity settings, exchange patterns, etc.
I simply grabbed the camera and recorded some of the running in the lab.
Next step is to do 3 weeks of field testing and push to its extremes.
The mat was designed to have a wide spectrum of velocity settings and deal with
settling velocities and hydraulic equivalence issues.
I'll be posting up more reports later, but so far I'm really happy with it.
It's a cool video to see what happens under water as well.
