Cornfield finds-Indians- V nickel-Tokens- and misc.

[Merf]

I spent a couple of afternoons hunting a field where a turn of the century farmstead was and found these. It was a little hard to swing in some spots but a 5 foot shovel made the digging easy.
The part of the earring is gold plated [I think].
The Bed Vandusen token is a mystery, as is the Little Jake box [2 1/2 by 1 1/2 inches] and the Zanado case [1 1/2 inches]. Best luck----Merf

Thats a great hunt Merf. It's hard to swing the coil in between those left over corn stalks isn't it? I have alot more success when I put the 3x6 shooter coil on my DFX. Congrats on the finds.

Cool coins and relics. That earring piece looks like like 19th century 14 or 18 carat gold - I don't think it plated. It looks too good! Also those coins are in excellent condition. Great finds!
