I know that creature...

I was in church once when it burst upwards through the alter. Fire and brimstone just a flying. The stench of sulfur was burning everyone's noses as they all fled the church screaming. It was a horrific sight to behold. The creature put all three faces within inches of mine and said, "Do you not realize who I am? I am Satan. Why do you not fear me and flee?"

2greenfeet: Sorry to hear about your lose. I will be devastated at Eva's eventual passing and tend try to ignore the inevitably of outliving her.

All: I'm back on my feet. Apparently I have asthma and didn't know it until something like pneumonia tested it. I'm not sure if that really counts, but whatever. Everyday I improve slowly. I'm still at the stage where I am hacking stuff up out of my lungs. It will all come out eventually. I will be going into work tomorrow. I've spent the last couple of days resting and taking care of only the essentials.

I think this thread continues to run so well because of the personality types drawn to it. All of us are radically different from each other but we all hold some common traits: The ability to love, to laugh, and to humble oneself. Life throws us enough curve balls along the way. The last thing any of us need in our lives is something that would bring further hatred, fear, malevolence, or pain into our lives. We joined this site for our love of treasure hunting...all of us hunt for our own reasons but there is one similar commonality. When it comes time to be remembered in life I know what I will want the world to have thought of me. Liveling faithfully to others and holding responsibility to my own self ensures that one day at a time I can achieve that goal.

My ramblings are sophomoric at best, but spending several days having difficulty breathing will do that to just about anybody. Many good wishes to all of you.

Hey..I have an MD question (of all things)..going to purchase the lesche hand digging tool...anybody have thoughts on that one?
Also I want a metal tool with holes for wet sand, but not with a long handle...still have the ace 250, and with senst turned way down works ok in the wet, but until I upgrade I won't be in the ocean...Boardwalk is around 35 minutes away by the ocean!!

You can't go wrong with the lesche digger for dry land.....it's a bit pricey but high tempered steel....my area is rocky and clay type soil my current one I've been using for about 7 or 8 years digging probably 5,000 or so targets per year.

I've got a short handled scoop for wet sand and I'll post up a picture if I can dig it out of storage...lol...

Squig, lesch is a serious digger! If you have to power to run it its a good one. Right or left hand, one side has a all most proficient root saw type edge. Unit will need to be sharpened on non saw blade side. I sharpened saw too but no great gain. Tuff digger.

Glad to see you've bounced back....and to bad about the asthma I have a few friends and co workers who suffer from it
and apparently stress aggravates it......so try to pull back on your workload if possible.
