Good night all! Had a wonderful weekend ! Going to bed the electric has been going off and on lots of rain I am tired but, a very good tired safe travels to all ! hope the elec. stays on I want my electric blanket LOL!

Well another hunt that went too fast. Texas Connection and thillatthahunt are staying the night and leaving in the morning. It is quiet here at the camp site no more laughter just great memories. I made new friends and enjoyed my old ones. Throughout the hunt everyone gave Vicki and I some great compliments. I know all of you are what makes a great hunt not us. I sure miss all of you already. Gheeez.
I will post more tomorrow when I am clear headed and free of pain pills. God bless you all and be safe going home.

Just got home. I have lots of pics I will put up tomorrow after Gypsy sensors them
When I left today Nana was still prowling the fields, Gypsy, Texan Connection, Sniffer, RebelLT and Mrs. RebelLT were hanging off the side of the bank at the river where they found a bottle dump. Some nice old bottles where coming out in one piece. Sniffer was wedged in the wash out digging what is believed to be a chamber pot. Texan connection was hanging onto a tree root overhanging the river bank, relic shovel around one arm holding the tree root and digger in the other hand working the side. He found a great looking brown bottle with the cork still in it, I looked on the bottom, an old Clorox bottle.

Hey Everyone...we just got home...wahhhhhh....wish were still there and digging that bottle embankment!

I can remember when I wanted to be able to dig a bullet so bad...after this weekend...that phase is over...I never want to see or dig another bullet again...bullets falling out of my pants,vehicle purse....
Started pouring rain just as we pulled in so were glad we beat the storms....Will deal with unloading gyposyville tomorrow
Hannah and Bran were with us as far as Joplin and then I allowed them to go faster...LOL...I was pulling the trailer so had to go much slower as we really fought the high winds coming across 166.
Brian had fixed my trailer lites before we left ...but they went out again about dark ..of course.
I cant tell you how much fun we had this year...camping was a blast...even with the high winds,high heat and then bone chilling cold,and even the trains....those extra three days before the hunt gave us so much more fun time and time to visit.
There were alot of new faces this year and I am sorry if I didnt get to talk with each of you personally.It was great to have Debbie and Brad in our camp(Even tho he snores.......loud...LOL...and Debbie and I agreed that we will never again complain about Missouri hard soil...
I really want to thank the guys (Mark,Albert,Rick and Greg ...Lord I hope I mentioned all of them) for the wonderful Mothers Day Breakfast they served this morning to all of us...it was absolutely the best and what a treat...even tho it was the first time I was ever kicked out of a kitchen. It was the perfect start to a wonderful day and I am sure all the moms who hunted were thrilled with our hunting conditions today and all the wonderful finds.
The girls and I agreed that this was a wonderful hunt and are anxious for the next one ....
I want to thank all of you wonderful friends who helped me watch over these girls and appreciate everyone of you.
Burdie and Vickie deserve a host of thanks for the super job they once again did for us, and I miss each of you already!
