one is really kewl brass tag with name and info.............i will add post from several youtubers as to what it is. - i like it, but maybe i should toss it back to the sea as one suggested. please advise on your thoughts.

ABE1= Aviation Boatswain mate Equipment recovery 1st class petty officer, E-6
(AW)= Air Warfare qualified
Could be a burial at sea tag? a guess.
Would love to see you give that back to the sea.

ABE1(AW) Stands for Aviation Bosn' Mate, Equipment 1st Class (he's an E6) and has his "Air Warfare" (AW) pin, as well as his ESWS which is the "Enlisted surface Warfare" pin.
back to nada today for afternoon low tide.
