Dan the happy camper

The family and I stayed the weekend on a lake in an RV... Three hours of swimming with my 12 year old son Austin and two ''Cecilia burgers'' off the grill, I'm ready for a nap.. I wake and walk back to see a man raking back and forth in the water.. Cecilia walks up and said ''that guy lost his wedding band and has been doing that for the past 40 minutes'', I walk over and tell him I have a detector and would love to help him find it... He said he would give me 50 dollars and was very happy but still didn't stop raking, I also tell him that I may not find it

and also that is not always where you ''thought'' you lost it... I started hunting where he said he was with no luck then moved to chest deep water and the third target was his ring

... Dan was a very happy and excited man at this moment and insisting on giving me the 50 dollars and I said ''no, I only want your picture of you holding the ring'' so I could boast to my buddies on the Treasure hunting websites.. On the walk to my truck he tells me the story on the ring, He said it was given to him by the sister of the lady he loved very much that had it engraved for him, that had passed. All though they never said their vows.. He wears it every day.
