Here's day 2 of my most recent gold prospecting and gold panning trip to Scotland. Day 1 found a nice gold picker so I continue on the same hole hoping to find more pickers of the same size (or bigger)... To save me raking out a lot of stones which the 2 1/2" manual gold pump couldn't suck up, I brought along my 4" manual gold dredging pump rather than raking stones out, I can just suck them up using the 4" manual gold pump (I've included some lovely underwater shots of the 4" in action to show the amount of material it can suck up and also the size of stones it can handle without jamming. Day 3 coming soon.
