The first picture if the penny with the Franklin is hard to see the Franklin, so I moved the penny a bit in the second to show what I was looking at a bit better.
 
good day indeed, a 1916 merc is always exciting even it there isn't a D mintmark, and ya don't see a franklin half dug every day
