Someone else on the forum taught me how. Open the image in Paint and then select IMAGE at the top, then Stretch/Skew. Enter 50% into both of the top fields and there you go!

nice finds codycat ! i use a free software called pixresizer to do my pics its pretty easy to use also, http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm , congrats on your finds
