Well bad news, the guy running the metal detector competition refused to bury the silver i supplied.achanceforgold, I don't have a detector to run a test, but I am curious if the Frequencies they use, can be directed with Styrofoam.
I wonder if a coil is covered with 2 inch Styrofoam, will the frequency used, be directed down only, thus increasing depth reception?
The Frequencies I use, can be directed, why not those.
Wanted to use tokens and hand out the silver as prizes.
The dog is trained to ignore common metal like aluminum.
But anyways,
@dowser
We went to an old gold mining site before the rain came in. Chance didn't detect anything.
But i noticed him acting strange and looking at something. Chance is trained to ignore other animals in the woods, squirrels, deer, etc.
if he sees an animal too close. he just sits and watches.
This wasn't that. He saw something or sensed something. He would stop, stare, not sit, just stare. possibly your frequency lines. I don't know.
It was weird. I would compare it to him seeing a ghost or something.
I wish we could talk, and I could explain exactly what we are looking for and he could tell me what he is scent detecting and sensing...lol
But he had the greatest time. he must have done ten zoomies in the woods yesterday.
I think he was just too excited to do any real detecting yesterday.
Lot of new smells and things to explore.
