Diamond ring today in my back yard!! It's not mine:)

Found this about 3 inches down in my back yard today! I was crazy excited! Don't know if it's real or not. It's got a lot of weight to it and a lot of diamonds. There are markings on the inside of the ring but I can't make them out. I've attached the pic and hope it works.
