The only way to know for sure that they are indeed diamonds is to have them tested with a diamond tester. Visually, from an image, it is impossible.

Suggest you take one or two to a jewelry shop and ask to have them tested.

That said, the crystal structure, varied colors, and somewhat greasy looking surfaces makes it appear they are diamonds. But anyone who offers to buy them without an official certification, and without viewing them in person, would be extremely foolish.
