4% humidity and they JUST GOTTA SHOOT THAT WEAPON INTO DRY BRUSH

that is the 4pm sun hiding in that cloud of smoke.


ps: this fire is around 35 miles away...I am downwind...nothing between us an the fire by dried brush an some skilled firemen.

Yeah buddy be prepared cause it will happen. Fires all around up here but nothin (yet) in the high country. I'm out in the woods all the time and it is very dry, just waitin for some fool with a campfire out of control or a lightning strike to light the whole place up. I figure I can be ready to go and out of here in about 15 minutes. One thing I do during fire season is make sure the pickup is always pretty full of gas. My main concern is traffic out of the area, as we don't have that many roads to go anywhere up here. Take care down there, secretcanyon.
