All of my half dollar veins are tapped out! I still pick up whatever loose and CWRs that I can find. I am finding 3-4 40%ers a month.

My new goal is 2-3 dime boxes a day, 6 days a week. Hopefully I will find 15-20 silver dimes a week.

So far:
Sunday
Box #1 - 2 FDRs
Box #2 - 3 FDRs
Monday
Box #1 skunk
Box #2 1 FDR
Tuesday
Box #1 4 FDRs and 1x1968 Canadian (50% Ag)
Box #2 1 FDR
Box #3 1 Merc (1944)
Wed
Box #1 skunk
Box #2 skunk
Thurs
Box #1 shunk
Box #2 2 FDRs
Box #3 shunk

Totals: 14 US silver dimes and one 50% Canadian dime

What do you know the alloy recovery program in Canada?

I think customer rolls would be the only way to go, except the cents, you did we'll.

I dumped my Canadian coins found in US then bought, searched and dumped and then bought and brought back to US to search and home.

Friday
Dimes
Loomis box: 1960D, 1962D, 1963

This weeks totals
23 US silver dimes
from 8 boxes (high yield)
1.66 oz of silver for $2.30

Sell the 2012 Canadian cent box on eBay, they seem to sell consistently over face.

Started coin roll hunting eight days ago. Here's what I've found:

142 dime rolls- 2 '63D, 1 '64D, 1 '86 proof, 1 '90 five-pence
36 half rolls- skunk
24 loose halves- 1 '58 Franklin
2 loose large dollars- both cupro clad

Today's rate is $34.19 USD/ozt.
That's $19.79 in silver toward my daughter's education. I like this hobby.

Wouldn't that be $5 a roll.

I think he is selling them at double face.

The starting bid for an unopen roll is $1 and the starting bid for a single one is 10 cents.
My first roll sold for $5.55 plus $3 shipping and handling.

Hey!! ::playfully shakes her finger at MIHunter:: quite sneaking all my war nickels silly. LOL <j/k>

Keep the dimes, halves and pennies, etc. At least you are near detroit/lansing, the pickings have got to be pretty sweet in the area. Major metro area and all.

Congrats on the finds!! Makes me tired just looking at them.

Sincerely, Garoulady
