All of my half dollar veins are tapped out! I still pick up whatever loose and CWRs that I can find. I am finding 3-4 40%ers a month.

My new goal is 2-3 dime boxes a day, 6 days a week. Hopefully I will find 15-20 silver dimes a week.

So far:
Sunday
Box #1 - 2 FDRs
Box #2 - 3 FDRs
Monday
Box #1 skunk
Box #2 1 FDR
Tuesday
Box #1 4 FDRs and 1x1968 Canadian (50% Ag)
Box #2 1 FDR
Box #3 1 Merc (1944)
Wed
Box #1 skunk
Box #2 skunk
Thurs
Box #1 shunk
Box #2 2 FDRs
Box #3 shunk

Totals: 14 US silver dimes and one 50% Canadian dime

When you live that close to Canada it's not a big surprise. Wonder if Texans get a bunch of Mexican money in their rolls

Probably not, Mexican coinage is of a different diameter than us and Canadian coinage.

52 canadians in one box! That's insane.

52 copper Canadian pennies (1960-96) is high end for me. (That doesn't include 7 zincs and 1 steel penny)
Average yield is 0-2 pre1960, 20-30 1960-96 and 10 1997-2012 (Zn & steel)

By car, I am 20 min from Canada

Yeah you've been doing really good with nickels lately...esp the two V nickels late last month. Maybe u should have started a Dimes and Nickels thread this year lol. Btw, how did u get that silver Rosie from the teller tray? Did u spot it from over the counter? A lot of u guys got really good eyes by being able to do that so often lol.

Btw, that reminds me I was at a restaurant just yesterday that has one of those change dispensers from the cash register. Well while I was waiting for my food I was looking at the coins behind the glass/plastic in the change dispenser and it looked like there might have been a silver dime about half way down the stack of dimes but I couldn't really tell for sure without my magnifier....my eyes just aren't that good. Maybe I'll try and remember to bring my magnifier with me the next time I'm in there lol. I did get a silver Rosie from that change dispenser from that very same restaurant a couple of years ago so maybe I can get lucky there again. :)

I saw it in her teller tray that was about 2 feet away from me.
The contrast in color gave it away.
I would say I can see most silver dime from that distance.
Some I would miss, if they are grey or very dirty.

Ohh no lmao when I went on a trip once drove through and intended to stop at a town called port herion I think. Well it was a sketchy place drove down to stop at a hotel GPS gave me directions to a dead and turned around pretty sure almost got shot lol. Stopped at a hotel never went in. a motel with the name pink flamingo should never be trusted. Drove past a cop he eye balled me hard possibly thought I was a king pin due to my out of state plates and my attire. All I can say its a very bad town at night its like 10ish minutes from the bridge to Canada. Cool bridge to Canada though! However customs were not the best. Heard customs are nicer on Windsor tunnel though.

I think you meant, Port Huron. There are two bridges that connect Southeastern MI to Canada. The Blue Water Bridge in Port Huron and The Ambassador Bridge in Detroit. In Detroit there are two tunnels, one is for cars only, there other is a railway tunnel. Near both bridges there is ferry barges for trucks carrying toxic/flammable cargo.

The is no city in Michigan named heroin.
