When do my fellow Ohio guys typically start hitting the water without a wet suit? and with one?

If you want to have hunting partner let me know. I am always looking for new places to go to and it is alway better to hunt with someone. If you get up to the top of Ohio email me and we can hook up to ome of the places that I know.....Matt
