Do these go together?

Found the Emerald looking piece a few weeks ago and thought it was a brooch.
Yesterday I found this buckle and think the two may have gone together.
What do you think?

Only if there are lugs on the emerald piece that match the holes on the other piece.

I'm not really sure those two go together. Something just doesn't look right. I see five clasps on the buckle to hold something on it. Do they match anything on the emerald piece?

If you look at the back of the emerald piece it looks as if something is broken off the back in the center.Maybe the piece that attached to the buckle?
Do the patterns of each piece look like they go together?

The one item with green glass was something else. The other item lost its stone, the prongs in the center. The non stone item may have been 1/2 a buckle.

Agreed. The buckle had a paste jewel in the center, which is now missing. The brooch is in its own league, my friend.
