🥇 BANNER Does Coral beep? yes, when its full of coins!!!

Could'nt work out why this lump of coral (in 2 ft of water) at the beach kept "hitting"?

brought it home and it started to fall apart in my bag - WOW!!!

just need to identify them and work out how to save / clean them

any ideas

Nope not referring to you guys (SADS, huntsman, Jason)at all in the rude point, you guys are the flavor that cracked me up a few times. No i meant some of those who say it is a scam, thread should die, its over etc. I think a good story like this never dies to those who truly appreciate something like this. Being a newbie myself, it is like a fairy tale and showing my daughter this actual in all likelihood real pirate treasure, has both of us drooling, slackjawed and wonderstruck lol. This is the very thing you would tell kids and even us adults about, to get them interested in the hobby and the stories or in kylees and mines case, itching to get out and go look for some of our own treasures. I got a good entry level MD coming in wednesday or so and cant wait either. finding something both me and my kids can enjoy is a rare thing, so itll be fun one way or the other.

The fact you are out with your kids, enjoying quality time together is treasure enough!

And as long as we're jumping on BVI this morning.... Have you no pride BVI

How in the hell can you find a shipwreck with all the stuff you found including coins, then more coins within a pot, and then MORE coins off the ocean floor.... AND THEN POST OLD IRONS?? Stick with what you good at....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You don't see me posting rusty iron horseshoes but then again I haven't exactly raised the bar to your level just yet. Few of us have. Your a living legend now.... act like it (no more irons).

I'm just jealous and I now feel better.

Thanks Sads will check it out. The picture I posted is a chest sitting in my living room filled with jewelry, iPhones, paintings, $300 gloves, I've found while walking my dogs along the streets of NYC. You guys go diving and metal detecting, I just go for walks and find stuff. It's crazy what people lose here in NYC :-)
