No, as far as I know each frequency is individually chosen for whichever of 10 preprograms you are running.
You can also create your own programs and customize them by choosing one of four frequencies.
The multiple simultaneous frequency thing seems to be a uniquely minelab experience, but the Deus, applied correctly is just or even more effective.
