Double sided industrial clock.

I got this at a garage sale for 5 bucks! I love the look and It looks clean inside. Anyone know the time period or where this may have been? A school? Buss/ train station? Factory? I have looked hard and can seem to find nothing on “auth” clocks.

I like it. I think maybe on a teachers desk. When writing an exam she may say time starts now and you and her can see it when the allowable time is up.

I was thinking in a school but it’s very large for a desk I think. It seems it would have been permanently mounted to like a poll or something

That's neat find. I do remember staring at clocks that look like those above the exit door to the classroom and wondering why it moves so frick'n slow ??. I've got one from the same era maybe early 1950'ies? in my garage, but it's only a single side.
