Dowsing difficulty

The flag Am-C1a is where the vein enters the mine field (probably runs SE). The barrel sifter guy works the area just S of map bottom Will PM you the coordinates. All the placemarks in the map, including the flags, were map dowsed at home before leaving on the trip to Crater of Diamonds.

What is the truth behind the Solar Weather and dowsing?
I need help clarifying this, I understand Solar Flares help dowse, but that Solar Flux is bad for dowsing. So some people only dowse early in the morning or later in the evening. Or that the best time to dowse is at night because the moon reflects the solar activity.
When is the best time/condition to dowse? What conditions should be avoided? Are there conditions that make dowsing not possible?

Hey Mel.....I would guess that all those things are just what the person believes..I know when the Solar Storms are in the red my rods close real hard...If it works that way for them it is OK because I understand that the rods work differently for each of us..Art
