Really nice finds!!
I tried same thing last year with a local pond near me that was drained, I took one step in what appeared to be just regular mud, and
I sank in up to my thighs in mud. I said oh SH__!!!! :o It tooked me a little while to get out. Needless to say, I haven't been back, but
I think I might try again (it definitely has dried up since.)
Anyway..congrats!!

You are one dedicated dude Dave. Your finds were well worth getting cold over. The jewelry looks great. Our unseasonably warm weather is coming to a halt this weekend with night temps. back into the teens. Stay warm, and HH, Quindy.

I live on a drained lake but the sand is frozen..
