First the pictures are upside down on both. Perhaps a scan would reveal shadows that aren't apparent in the current photos? That being said, you have a Potosi 4 Reale with a partial date 7 _ 4. There is a faint "P" mintmark on the cross side, but I can't discern an assayer. The assayer would pinpoint the date range.
