While metal detecting today received a call from a friend who had just lost her ear ring. I was only about 15 minutes away so headed that way to help. Got there, grabbed the Explorer and asked to see where it was lost. She led me there and talking to her looking around I noticed the ear ring about a couple inches from her foot. I just looked at her and told her I had to leave, wish I had a pic of her look, she said "What about my ear ring"? I pointed to her feet and told her not to step on it. For the second time today her look was just "precious"!! Received a hug and went back to where I had been digging. I ended up with about $3.00 in change today, but the looks and hug made for a not too great day!! I don't plan to count this as gold found for the year tho, didn't even turn the detector on!!
