Why do you need to be charter for links? Is it a trust thing? Because eBay or PayPal will take care of scammers.

Only Charter members are allowed to advertise or sell on T-Net. Membership has its advantages.

no you do Not need to be a charter member to post completed Listings.

You do need to be a Charter Member to advertise Your Active sales,
Or Ebay ID for advertising purposes.

Moderators have Sole Discretion as to what will & will not constitute
posting in order to advertise.
