DieselRam, have you ever considered parting out a truck frame? It sounds funny, but my dad had an old long bed truck frame for a 1965 chevy. He put it on eBay, and some guy bought just the front foot of it for as much a he wanted for the whole thing.

Yes, lots of times the rearmost crossmember can sell for a lot on eBay. I just sold a bracket that bolts on a frame to hang the exhaust a few minutes ago.

I ended about ten low dollar auctions and gave the stuff away. The first dukes item I listed hasn't sold so I relisted and lowered the price. I was quite high the first time. I have several nice cast iron pieces to list. I need to get busy...

I spent today listing; and ending auctions, then relisting. I have 2000 free listings, including relisted and BIN. I figured it would bump then up in the searches as newly listed. Lol.

Cuz I'm going out of town and didn't want to shlep everything with me. I figured at most, I'd have one or two sales. I put it on the one where ppl can still buy. But I'm not shipping until next Tuesday.

Should put my store on vacation more. Made two sales yesterday. Asked hubby if he would pack them up. Took us a half hour with me telling him where everything was and how I like it done. Of course, first he couldn't find one of them. Get them packed up, go to the p.o., and then ... Kaching. Another sale.
He'll pack it on Sunday, maybe.
I thought people would be done shopping by now.
