Have sold 25 items this month & am past my minimum monthly sales goal. Listed 5 BIN items this morning & got 5 auction drafts ready to start on Sunday. Have been trying to decide when I'm quitting for the year. I know sales can be good in December but last year my USPS packages started getting weird at the end of November. Things were getting shipped out of the main (Alabama) hub to places they weren't addresses to. I suspect they hire temporary help at this time of year that doesn't know their butt from a hole in the ground. I'm seeing signs of it starting already this year. A package I shipped out Saturday that is addressed to Washington somehow went to Anchorage Alaska before being shipped to who knows where....

Since my last check in, I've been about averaging 2 sales a day, sold 25 in the last 12 days, 7 were auctions. Listed 8 today and took a best offer on 1. Have 28 listed, only 2 auctions. Plan on listing more tomorrow.

Sounds like you guys are doing well! I think the worst I had before was a package go to Hawaii that was supposed to go to Oregon. It eventually made it however.

Last year I had one go from here (Alabama) down to central Florida where it sat for a while before it came back to me. At that point I sent it up north where it was supposed to go. Then they delivered it to the wrong address. Left here before Thanksgiving & the guy finally got it in January. Had another one that was going to the northern part of Alabama that ended up in Illinois or Indiana before it got delivered.

One sat in my post office for 15 days, then happened to start moving the day the buyer sent an email wondering where it was.

Not on topic, sorta, but treats ago, I flew from CA to N.Y., but my luggage had a nice trip to Puerto Rico.

OK, that's a wrap. I got 11 listings up today. I sold one. (not a new one) I'm good until Sunday. (I have 116 up; my goal is to try and get to 125 on Sunday.) I also took a lot of pictures tonight.

I have listed a few items, all BIN's. Slow, stuff is not the "current hot item"

Lesson learned. When you buy an unknown speedometer, then find out it is a Porsche Speedster km/h speedometer....Take the offer!
Paid 5 bucks for it, found three on eBay. 800, 850 and 1495. I list it for 600. First day I get an offer from an obvious dealer (has over 3500 porch items for sale) for 400. Hmmmm. Well it should go for more!
Nope 30 day auction, nada. I dump the price down to 350, and finally it has watchers. Now I get an offer for 220!:BangHead::BangHead:

I should have taken the 400.....

Me and my dumb coins! Same thing. Got an offer for $400, I countered $425. Now I find out they are devaluing every day they sit here. Grrr!

I've got a statue I listed several months ago for $950. Got an offer of $650 within 24 hours. Would have made a good profit at $650 but it hadn't been listed long so I countered at $750 and never heard back. Still sitting on that piece.

So. I did it. I sold and listed and sold and listed. I hit a brick wall at 124, but felt I *had* to finish so I could post that I did it.

Now to pack up 4 boxes, and then go to sleep. (Can't expect to be a normal person when I stay up to 3am looking to buy stuff on ebay. LOL.)
