Ebay Listing Accountability Thread

Sold another one today. Why do toy buyers take so long to pay?

I think these slow payers are living paycheck to paycheck.

I have had people in the past by something and then ask if they can pay on the first of the month when they get their welfare money. Now I'm not knocking that however I don't think that if you're on welfare you should be buying a vintage pair of Nikes or what not with the money! And yes I have had this happen probably four or five times.

I agree they should not be buying things like that with welfare money. I am a big believer in limiting the amount of time one can receive welfare. The amount of welfare fraud that goes on is sickening and on top of that it seems everywhere you turn is a charity effort to help the "poor". It's enough to make me sick...

My son was on Medicaid until we adopted him. When he was 18 months old they thought his head was too big for his body. They wanted to check and make sure he was okay so he had to go through probably 15 different tests. And some of them they would put him to sleep and scan his brain. After the second time of that they want to do one more time and I said no. Absolutely not no more you're not doing a single thing to him. They came back after probably doing all these tests for year and a half and said we've concluded he's just going to be really big. So there's some Medicaid fraud with it.

Now I scheduled 10 listings tonight. To get back on topic...

SOld $100 worth of new shirts/jacket to one buyer yesterday. That was nice!

Had two people in the last few days do a buy-it-now and not pay yet... its not like they didn't know they 'won'!

Yeah I'm still waiting on the last one to pay. I'll open a case tomorrow morning...

Sold one tonight, putting me at 13 for December.

Buyer just contacted means asked if it would be ok to pay Tuesday as he gets paid Monday. So I said ok. I've waited this long.

I had a buyer say they would pay Tuesday also. He said he drives for a living, so he would be home Tuesday. I like it when people let you know they are going to pay, or when. As long as they follow through....

Yeah it's annoying to wait almost a week to be paid. But like you say, as long as they pay...

One of my two paid on day 3. The other went to unpaid case... never had that much trouble with BINs.
Not a lot of sales over the weekend, but I have a bidding war on a lot of 3 shirts that I didnt think were anything special. Up to $40 and I started at $15

Sounds good Justin. I am hoping to get a bidding war on a lot of toys.

finally sold that doll collectors book for - 72,98€ with [29 bids]
crazy it had 51 followers

also I've sent out 3 boxes (3 x 33 lbs) of books, new DVDs and 22 new wii players (bought for 3€ each)
the wii's are going for about 30€/40€ to Amazon FBA ... sales rank - 755 :)
most of the books and DVDs cost 0.50€/1€ ... the DVDs about 2€/3€

I can't wait to get the machine rolling for FBA this is going to be interesting...

The bidder on the toy lot bid again, which added a high bidder. Still at $20 shipped. I hope it goes up. I'll only make a few dollars that price. :BangHead:

That sale I had where I accepted the best offer has now turned into a non payer case. Oh well. Lol!!!
I'm glad I'm just playing with eBay to clean out stuff and be entertained!

Yeah, the toy lot sold for $20 shipped. :BangHead: I'm hoping for a $5 profit, but we will see. It's good though, because it clears out and makes room.
