Emerald from this summer's work trip

Hi guys. First time poster here. I travel for work and love digging around the country for gems. Thought I would post my last find. Was in North Carolina at a pay to dig site. Pulled out this emerald I'm sure was salted in a creek. Thinking it was a Brazil emerald. But was fun finding it nevertheless. Anyways here is the before and then cut picture.

Very awesome! I do not yet own any emeralds, they are my birthstone and my favorite color, so one day i want to aquire one. That is a really nice colored rock you got there!

That's a nice one. I think it is native. I've been going to the NC mines on and off since 1973. The ones they bring in for the tourists aren't this nice.

I have Diamonds to go also Buckshotnc. Ive been to Arkansas a few times looking for them but to no avail so far. Ill get down that way soon I hope and give it another shot. Thanks for all the comments guys.
