Too bad about that one. Serrated, Broad with beautiful symmetry. Interesting Barbed shoulders. Like Charlie said, Kirk is an ultra rarity in this region and that one has all the diagnostics of a Neville except the one constant -Tapered Stem.
My opinion is it?s a real heartbreaker. A stunning serrated Neville Broad Point made of some fine verity of Quartzite.

Super rare is relative. I understand what your saying. I believe the base I just uploaded is an Atlantic. Quite different shoulders. Another heartbreaker
