Epilepsy token

Found this today in the woods near my house.
Didn't know what it was at first, but I could read just enough to look it up online.
Hope to clean it up a little more tomorrow. I gently washed it but ill try a little aluminum polish.

If it's not holed to be worn as a medical alert medallion,, then I guess it would be considered a token.
