Yes, I saw those. Good stuff.

It isn't too difficult to see what metal detector is the most popular in the UK, is it? About every video I've seen done over there has at least one Explorer in it. Usually they're all using them.

Yea, I believe it has something to do with their Ground Conditions.

No not so much ground conditions as good marketing. Ever wonder why more big box stores don't carry the major name brand detectors??? :-\
Newbies coming into the hobby can only find Bounty Hunters and never learn of the many different brands that sell for the same prices. So they settle for a BH, don't get instruction from store sales help, and soon give up a great hobby. The higher end BH's are lots different than the first ones many Newbies buy.
