I will admit it is a garage sale find today but think more of a "what is it" item.No idea what this is,someone suggested for chipping ice? I kinda thought a leather working tool.About 9 inches.

Yup...after looking up your reply and releventchairs reply,course never heard of a dibble and thought he was making something up..lol..Been around gardens my whole life and never seen one,always improvised,guess a tool for everything,thanks.
